Back to school and work! For many of us, February signals a return to school or work after hopefully having a bit of a break in January. For families with kids, the school/sport/homework/social whirlwind kicks in and it’s time to think about healthy lunch boxes.
It’s also a time to have some simple and tasty recipes up our sleeves for those days when there just isn’t too much time (or energy!) to cook. It can also be a time for budget consciousness after the holiday season. Fresh produce is cheap and in abundance after a good growing season, so this month I am going to be looking at how to make the most of this bounty, while saving time, energy and money!
