Raw Apricot Balls

Raw Apricot Balls | these will store for several weeks in the fridge in an airtight container.
- 1 ½ cups dried Turkish-style apricots
- ½ cup sultanas
- ½ cup raw almonds
- ¼ cup desiccated coconut
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
STEP 1 | Place all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until everything comes together in a thick paste.
STEP 2 | Divide the mixture into 12 pieces and roll into balls. These will store for several weeks in the fridge in an airtight container.
