AUGUST | Little hints of spring … The best things about this month is the little hints we get of Spring around the corner – the occasional warm day in amidst the chilly ones, and the tiny buds appearing on the trees in readiness to wake up properly in a few days’ time.
This month I am always inspired to cook with more oranges (as they are everywhere), lemons, ginger and leeks. My chicken with leek sauce recipe is perfect for this time of year.
